3rd Annual Brown Town @ The Izaak Walton in Michigan City, IN. All ages. 12 and under is free. It is $40 for a weekend pass. There is a capacity of 300 people. So get your tickets @ Chesterbrown.org ASAP before we sell out. there is no promise that tickets will be available at the gate. MOST IMPORTANT RULE: Be respectful of the prestine wilderness and of your fellow brothers and sisters. Camping included, you can bring your own booze, outside event, Shoreline Brewery Beer available, food will also be available for purchase, but doing your own food thing is fine, Dogs are allowed on leashes only, There will be several designated fire areas for ground fires. No fires permitted outside of grilling and designated ground fire areas. Firewood will be available for free @ The designated fire sites. All camp sites are primitive and most sites will be in wooded areas. There will be $3 pontoon boat rides given by IKE members. The Izaak Walton Ch.7 is the oldest ch. in the world and it is 55 acres of well nurtured wilderness. Please respect that fact. Clean up after yourselves and if you see anyone disrespecting the natural surroundings let us know. No Swimming. No Fishing. Gates open @ 4 on Friday and close @ 2 a.m. Sat. morning. The gates will re open @ 8 in the morning Sat. and stay open for the remainder of the event. If for some reason you need to get through the gates between 2 a.m and 8 a.m Sat. please let us know.
